YI Hot Pot & Sushi & BBQ

I can’t speak to the food because we never stayed long enough to try it. The younger person at the front with the braces was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, and made a great first impression. Unfortunately, once we were seated, the experience went downhill. We arrived around 9:30 p.m., and the very first thing our waitress said to us was, “We close at 11.” There was no greeting, no welcome, and no attempt to make us feel like customers—just an attitude from the start. She came across as extremely rude and uninviting. After only the first few words she spoke to us, we decided we didn’t even want to dine in anymore. Her attitude was so unpleasant that we got up and ordered our food to go from the employee at the front instead because we’d rather interact with her than continue with the waitress. I honestly have no idea whether the food is good because we never got the chance to find out. The service completely ruined the experience before it even started. The employee at the front was wonderful, but the waitress’s behavior was enough to make us leave, and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant didn’t help. I hope management addresses both I can’t speak to the food beca

This is easily one of my favorite restaurants. I've been here at least 3 times now and it's always a wonderful experience. I always get both the hot pot and bbq. They have such a great variety of ingredients and it was all so good. The marinated beef and pork are flavorful and tender. They always have a nice variety of mushrooms which I appreciate.

On our way to Cleveland and found this little gem! Very good selection of food and a great experience. Some of the best sushi I’ve ever had!

What a unique experience?? You get to cook your own food!!! Either by boiling it in a soup base or BBQ style right at your table. So many items to choose from. Can't wait to go back and try other things!!! Food was delicious and the price per person was extremely reasonable for everything we ate!! Would be for a great date night like we had or loads of fun with a group of friends!!👍👍

This Place is beautifully decorated. The food is absolutely delicious and there’s so many authentic choices to choose from. I literally felt like I was walking into a Korea / China, hot pot restaurant located in east Asia. The vibes are completely chilled. I took pictures. I watch Cdrama, talked and laughed with the staff. Also, I was very pleased at the cleanliness. Bonus it’s never really a wait. All in all, I’ll say this was a solid 1 million out of 10.
